Yuva Unstoppable-An NGO based in Ahmedabad has initiated a student campaign cutting across college campuses which will involve setting up of student teams within several colleges. These teams will organize social, moral and civic awareness events which will involve periodic student activities in the college with an aim to make the youth more aware about issues plaguing our society today. These activities apart from giving a valuable contribution to the society will help the students in evolving their personalities in order to free themselves from the caged thinking which is binding them today. Such activities will further empower the students to challenge the predefined notions and explore new ideas in every field.
This campaign is being spearheaded under the name of College Unstoppable. The College Unstoppable team has approached LD College of Engineering to be a part of the campaign. After thorough groundwork we have zeroed on a team of dedicated and motivated students who are keen to give their time and effort for this unique campaign.
The activities under the campaign will include College cleaning Drives, Placing of dustbins around the college campus, Kindness events targeting faculty, clerks, peons, security guards and other college workforce, Antismoking Drives, Traffic Rules awareness Drives, Activities with underprivileged children, Visits to Old age homes, Kindness events targeting construction workers, petrol pump staff, etc and other innovative activities for encouraging moral, social and civic responsibilities amongst youth.
